1. About these terms
These terms explain how booking with Kadapa Cars works when you use this website. They apply together with the rental agreement for your booking. If anything in these terms differs from your rental agreement, the rental agreement applies.
2. Booking requests
When you tap a WhatsApp button on this website, WhatsApp opens with a message containing the vehicle and the dates you chose. Nothing is sent until you press send. Sending the message is a request, not a confirmed booking.
3. Confirmation
We reply on WhatsApp to tell you whether the vehicle is available for your dates and to share the price and the rental terms. Your booking is confirmed only when you have agreed to those terms and we have confirmed the booking on WhatsApp.
4. Price and rental terms
Prices are not published on this website. The price for your dates, together with any deposit, kilometre allowance, fuel arrangement, insurance details and cancellation terms, is shared on WhatsApp and set out in the rental agreement before you confirm. Please ask us if anything is unclear.
5. Collection
Vehicle collection in Kadapa by appointment. The exact collection point is shared on WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed. We do not offer doorstep delivery or pickup at the airport, the railway station or other towns.
6. Where you can drive
After collecting the vehicle in Kadapa you can drive to your planned destination, subject to the rental agreement and confirmation on WhatsApp. Please tell us your planned destination when you book.
7. Drivers and documents
The vehicle must be driven only by a person who holds a valid driving licence and is named in the rental agreement. We tell you which documents to bring when we confirm your booking.
8. Photos and specifications
Photos on this website are representative images of the vehicle model and may differ from the actual vehicle. Specifications are the manufacturer’s published figures. Ask us on WhatsApp for photos or details of the actual vehicle.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
